DESCRIPTION:Parade Info: \nWHEN AND WHERE:\nThe parade line-up will be located at Water St.\, behind the KY Theater. You will access Water St. from Vine and Quality: take Vine St. and turn left on Quality St. and then left again on Water St.\n4:30 p.m. – Parade line-up begins\n5:30 p.m. – Trailers/Floats must be in place\n6:00 p.m. – Pedestrian units must be in place\n6:30 p.m. – Parade Kick-off \nCHECK-IN PROCESS:\nA parade marshal (they will be in neon vests) will direct your group to their place in the line-up along Water Street. The primary group contact must check in with the parade marshals. ONLY the primary group contact will be accepted for official check-in.\nOnly Parade Units will be permitted on Water Street. Entries should remain in the staging location until directed to move by a parade marshal. The staging area is the left lane on Water St. the right lane is to remain open to traffic. You will use the right lane to get to your spot. Vehicles not in the parade will not be allowed on Water St. to drop people off. \nDURING THE PARADE:\nOnce everyone is in place\, you will travel down Water St. to Quality St. and turn left onto Main Street. The Halloween Parade will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Once you begin moving with your group\, keep up the pace so as not to be more than 25 feet behind the parade unit in front of you. The parade route will go down Main Street\, and it will end at Mill Street.
